Terms of Use

Welcome to multimedia-soft.com, the home of Video Processor AI. The website and all services accessible through it are operated by FABTECH SOFTWARE INC., a company registered in the State of New York with its principal office at 418 BROADWAY STE R, ALBANY, NY 12207, United States. The paragraphs below set out the contract between you and us. By signing in, uploading a clip, or even just browsing the site, you confirm that you have read these Terms of Use and agree to follow them. If any of the rules do not work for you, please stop using the service and close this page.

1. What the service does — and does not — do

Video Processor AI is a cloud workstation for creators who need to compress, transcode, or restore moving images. You hand us a file, we apply the model you selected, and we return a rendered result. We do not distribute, broadcast, or store your work beyond what is necessary to complete your job. You are responsible for choosing the right workflow for the material you uploaded; we do not inspect the creative intent behind each clip, and we will not repurpose your output. Because GPU capacity, upstream vendors, and the public internet all fluctuate, we describe availability as a best-effort target rather than a guarantee. Planned maintenance, regional incidents, and occasional queue backpressure are part of life in a rendering pipeline, and we ask for your patience when they occur.

2. Rules for the content you upload

You keep every right you already had in the footage you send us. In return, you promise that you actually hold those rights — whether you filmed the clip yourself, licensed it, or received written permission from the rights holder. You agree not to push through material that depicts minors in sexual contexts, content that incites violence against identifiable communities, deepfaked political misinformation, or any other file whose processing would cause us to breach U.S. federal or New York state law. If we believe a job crosses that line, we may cancel the render, suspend the account, and, where a statute requires it, cooperate with the relevant authorities. Honest mistakes get handled through a support conversation, not a ban hammer — but repeat abuse is not negotiable.

3. Ownership of the platform itself

The site, the UI, the model weights we trained, the backend code, and the written words you are reading right now are the intellectual property of FABTECH SOFTWARE INC. The name "multimedia-soft.com" and the Video Processor AI wordmark are trademarks of the company. You may not clone, scrape, re-host, or reverse-engineer any of that material, and you may not pass off a derivative of our service as your own offering. None of this restricts fair use, academic citation, or a press review — we only care about commercial misappropriation and attempts to rebuild the product from outside.

4. Keeping the Terms current and reaching us

Product roadmaps move, laws change, and payment processors revise their own rules. When that happens we will update this page and refresh the "last reviewed" date shown in the footer. Material changes will be surfaced inside the app before they take effect, so that you have time to decide whether you still want to use the service under the new wording. If you have a question about any sentence below — or a request that isn't covered at all — write to us through the Contact page and we will respond from an @multimedia-soft.com mailbox.

Governing law and jurisdiction: This agreement is read and interpreted under the laws of the State of New York, without reference to any conflict-of-laws doctrine that would route it elsewhere. Any dispute that we cannot resolve through correspondence is to be brought before the state or federal courts seated in New York County, New York, and both of us accept the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from relying on the mandatory protections of their own country of residence where applicable.
