Video Processor AI is a rendering service that spends real GPU hours on every job you submit, so we try to be honest about what we can and cannot refund. The short version: we stand behind the product, and if the service does not live up to what we promised on the pricing page, we want to make it right — but we cannot reimburse capacity that has already been turned into finished footage on your disk.
Every first-time subscription to Video Processor AI ships with a 30-day written guarantee. If the quality, the queue times, or the feature coverage do not match what you expected, tell us inside that first month and we will return your payment in full. You do not need to draft a justification letter; a single sentence explaining what disappointed you is enough for the review.
All prices shown on the pricing page are the prices charged — no silent add-ons, no geo-based surcharges at checkout. Taxes, if any, are calculated by your local payment processor and displayed before you confirm. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and a small number of regional rails handled through our payment partners; the available choices appear automatically based on the country detected from your billing address.
What an active plan actually includes
Full, unmetered access to the Video Processor AI feature set that was live on the day you subscribed, plus every feature released inside the same subscription tier during your billing period.
Model upgrades — compression, format conversion, and enhancement weights are retrained on a rolling schedule, and any improvement that is deployed while your plan is active lands in your console automatically, with no extra charge.
Priority handling for support tickets opened from the account email address you used at checkout; we aim for a response under one business day.
Billing, renewals, and cancellations
Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each cycle using the payment method on file. You can turn renewal off at any time from the account settings; when you do, the plan stays active until the end of the cycle you already paid for, and then it simply does not roll over. No cancellation fee applies.
Lifetime licenses are a one-time purchase. Once the charge has cleared, you keep access as long as the service continues to operate; there is no recurring line item. The pricing page lists the current lifetime offers alongside the subscription tiers so you can compare them side by side.
Refund requests made within 30 days of the initial charge are approved as a matter of course. Requests made after a plan has already renewed once — i.e. the second monthly payment or the second yearly payment — fall outside the standard window, and we review them case by case. A subscription that has been used to complete an unusually high volume of render jobs, far above a normal personal or studio workflow, is also excluded, because at that point the GPU cost has already been spent on your behalf.
Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 30-day window as a first-time subscription. After that window, a lifetime plan is considered delivered, in the same way a boxed piece of software is considered delivered once the seal is broken.
Refunds are returned to the exact payment method used for the original charge. Card refunds usually appear within five business days, PayPal within two, and regional payment rails within whatever timing that rail quotes. If the refund does not show up inside those windows, the support desk is the fastest way to escalate — please include the order ID that arrived with your receipt email.
Chargebacks filed with a card issuer before contacting support short-circuit the review process and usually result in the account being frozen until the dispute closes. We would rather talk to you first: in almost every case the problem is a billing question or a confusing renewal notice, and a refund is quicker through email than through a dispute.
